Alex Kapranos, and some random guy (hey, I saw him in the pit!). I said that I'd liked this gig miles better than the one in Toronto in October, and he agreed that it had been good and asked if we'd seen Bob (bassist) fall down and then pretend it had been a deliberate sliding-across-the-stage thing. Katherine had, but I hadn't because I'd been in the pit falling down myself. Alex had a pretty strong booze cloud around him, which may explain why he was being so chatty with the thirty or so fans who were waiting around. Katherine complimented his cowboy boots. Hee.

Little did we know, Piotr is leading a double life as an international man of awesomeness. You're sure he went to Eastern Europe when he was gone earlier this year, and not on a world tour?

*muses* I do not know... That could definitely be a possibility. But where in his busy schedule does he have time for both mental Belerussian training camps and hardcore musical career? I'm quite certain he was in Eastern Europe, as he brought back evil training exercises.
Maybe he has a secret twin/clone/body double? Perhaps Piotr is actually royalty and he has body doubles all over the globe for his own security.
That would indeed be cool. *resolves to investigate*
Speaking of Piotr, he's taking Jamie to James's wedding reception tomorrow! Eeheehee. Inappropriate student-coach relationship, here we come!
