One of life's great questions now answered: how much you have to pay to become a Hobbit.
It looks to me like a cloak of Elvish make, FYI. The Lady Galadriel presented the Fellowship with cloaks similar to this one when they were in Lorien. Excuse me while I adjust my pocket protector and tape my glasses back together.
